More than 3 years of experience delivering UX enterprise solutions in a collaborative environment with cross-functional partners

Case Studies Enterprise UX Projects

During my time as a UX Designer at VMware (later Broadcom), I worked on enterprise-scale products that support IT administrators managing complex virtual infrastructure.

My focus was on making technical workflows more intuitive, accessible, and efficient, while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers across the Lifecycle team.

These case studies show 3 main enterprise projects, where I improved upgrade safety ("Simplifying Cluster Upgrades"), strengthened system reliability ("Designing for Redundancy & Reliability"), and enabled greater flexibility for admins ("Flexible Image Customisation") — each balancing complex technical requirements with clear, user-friendly design.

"Simplifying Cluster Upgrades"
vSAN Witness Host Upgrade (
VCF 9.0)

How I simplified the upgrade process for remote site infrastructure, reducing upgrade errors and saving users and admins hours of troubleshooting.

"Designing for Redundancy
and Reliability"
Dual DPU Support (vSphere 8.0.U3)

How I designed new workflows and covered 10+ edge cases for dual-processor networking, helping users achieve either higher performance or system redundancy without added complexity.

2022 - 2024

"Flexible Image Customisation"
Base Image Customisation
(
vSphere 8.0.U3)

How I introduced simple UI flows to let user and admins customize or remove components from ESXi base images, giving them more flexibility while keeping workflows consistent and easy to follow.
